The Scouting motto is “Be Prepared.” But for what? And why?
How you prepare depends on what it is you’re preparing for and why it matters to you. Deep purpose, core values and meaning are the foundation of solid preparations. It requires a bit of extra effort at the beginning, but it’s less work to build the foundation first than it is to try to add it after.
