Once Upon a
There may be aspects of our life we cannot change, but we can always change our thinking, and therefore how we relate to it. Sometimes the greatest barriers we face are the stories we tell ourselves. They inform the way we act, the choices we make, and they powerfully shape our reality. There are the facts – and there is what we tell ourselves about the facts. Changing our stories changes our thinking, our life, and the world around us.
Over and over, professionally and personally, I have witnessed the transforming power of looking at and changing the stories we tell ourselves. I know that some stories are more life-giving, more creative, more hope-filled than others.
With me as your coach, we will look at how the stories you are telling get in your way. I will help you create stories that strengthen and improve your life and work.
There Was Your
What I’ve found is that a lot of people in mid-life feel stuck. They think that somehow they missed the day at school where everyone else learned how to have meaningful relationships, fulfilling careers, and inner peace.
They worry that they may never experience the life they had hoped for and wonder if they will always feel ‘less than’ and relegated to the sidelines, watching in envy as other people live happy, fulfilling, purposeful lives. They long for relief from the fear that they are destined to feel alone, unhappy, insignificant, & purposeless.
Unfortunately, they will never experience that sense of fulfillment until they stop recycling the same old stories and interpreting the world through the same old lens that doesn’t serve them. In order to have the life they desire, they must do two things: Reimagine their life story and create a new ecosystem to live it in.

- Examine the conscious and unconscious narratives that drive your behaviour
- Experiment with new, thoughtful, heart-centered action that is congruent with who you are and delivers the kind of results you seek
